Legal fees and a 1% property purchase tax will be assessed. Please contact the Resort Manager for further information.
Maintenance fees are as follows:
- Units 1 - 11 (except Unit 8) - $331.00 per annum
- Units 8, 13, 15, 17 - $385.00 per annum
- Units 12, 14, 16 - $399.00 per annum
